AIMS AND SCOPE

There is a growing awareness of the need for exploring the fundamental goals of both the law and sharia systems and the social consequences of their contact. The journal has tried to find understanding and collaboration in the field through the wide-ranging methods represented, not only by law and sharia, but also by the social sciences and related disciplines.
